Description
The Heavy duty long handled lid lifter for accessing most communications pits. Provides fast, safe access for authorised maintenance works inside access pits. An essential tool for underground civil works, drainage, excavation and road works. Note that this pit key must not be used to crack the seal (initial lift). Use small D-Handle Lifter instead.
This rugged heavy duty lid lifter is primarily used for larger gas and sewer main ductile iron lids. Although normally a two person job, the addition of wheels and the longer stem on this lid lifter allows for the task to be completed by one person.
