Description

Used across a variety of telecommunications, electrical, air, rail and road projects, this P6 plastic telecommunications pit has been developed in partnership with industry and major authorities to ensure they meet the stringent requirements for installation and long-term use.

They are lightweight, stackable and available in a range of modular sizes. Tested to Class A load rating (ultimate limit state design load of 10kN) under the Australian Standard AS/NZ 3996. Pit designs must ensure both top and side loads are capable to take light vehicles and ride on mowers. These plastic cable pits are manufactured by rotational moulding processes using black UV stabilised polyethylene material. Approved for use by major authorities in telecommunications including Telstra, NBN, and Energy Authorities.
