Jaybro's red layflat hose has a Safety Factor of 3:1, meaning that the burst pressure is three times the operating pressure of this hose. With a temperature range of -10 degrees Celcius to +60 degrees Celcius, it is ideal for heavy duty washdown and dewatering in mining applications and for general civil and construction operations.

Jaybro's layflat hose is constructed from abrasion and ozone resistant red PVC and can stand up to the rigors of harsh weather, prolonged exposure to full sun, and low temperature fluid transfer. When under pressure, lay flat hoses adopt a tubular appearance, but when hoses are discharged they return to a flat profile therefore allowing for easy transport and handling. Layflat hoses are easy to pack away when note in use, saving valuable storage space.

Additionally, suction hoses do not require drying time. They can be rolled up for transportation and storage immediately after use due to their rugged PVC construction.
