Hydrophilic PU Sealant is a one-component, solvent-free polyurethane sealant that expands upon contact with water to create a highly effective, watertight seal. Ideal for sealing both smooth and rough construction joints, pipe penetrations, and cold joints, it expands up to 310% of its original volume when hydrated—ensuring a reliable barrier against water ingress in below-grade or high-moisture environments.

With its strong adhesion properties, this sealant bonds to a wide range of substrates including PVC, HDPE, concrete, steel, and fibreglass. It’s easy to apply straight from the sausage tube and does not require primers or solvents—making it a safe and efficient choice for construction and infrastructure applications.

Fully compliant with AS 4020-2018 and certified safe for use in potable water environments (AWQC Report 323761), it’s a trusted choice for sealing water-sensitive infrastructure.
