Grout Tube Spiral Duct Tubing 70mmx2.5m

Spiral duct or grout tubes are widely used in the concrete and construction industries. Used widely in special precast applications like casting bridge beams and other commercial concrete segments, grout tubes are typically cast cast in panels to locate insitu starter bars or dowels that connect concrete elements together.

Spiral duct is available in 50mm or 70mm diameter. Metal Spiral Grout Tube is used to form a void in a concrete element. It is located in formwork prior to concrete poured, and must be secured in the desired location. Being made from metal it has excellent adhesion properties to the concrete once the concrete has cured.

Storage:

Metal Spiral Grout Tube can be stored outdoors, but should be preferably kept dry. It should have a long life span of over 3 years when stored indoors. Any surface deterioration/rusting should be removed or treated with appropriate rust remover/preventative treatments.
